I’m passionate about increasing your sense of well-being in how you relate to whatever challenges or confusion you are facing.
I love increasing well-being in my clients’ lives, and that can come through many forms. For me, a lot of suffering has come from the mind trying to figure everything out. Usually, if it’s something that could be figured out by the mind, it would have been already.
If you find yourself circling around a topic or issue just trying to “think harder” about it, that’s a good indicator that the necessary wisdom needs to come from somewhere other than your mind.
The information that comes through when I channel or when I’m reading someone’s energy is for them in present time and meets them where they are.
Sometimes all it takes is a shift in perspective, or an insight into a challenging situation, to turn things around, and let us breathe a little easier, feel a little lighter, more empowered, and relaxed in our bodies.
During our session, I provide clarity and insight into your questions or concerns. Open ended questions work best. Here are just a few example questions clients have asked:
What are my barriers to residing in a sense of deep connection and joy?
How can I let go of “not enough time” mindset?
I have this frustrating situation and I feel stuck in my head about it. How can I see this differently?
My relationship with my mom is challenging. Why is it so hard and what are the lessons?
These sessions are not about predicting the future. Instead, I will be tuning into your energy to see what information wants to come through, and creating a loving space for whatever is arising.
Each session can be different depending on what is needed. I recognize and honor each person’s unique path. Underlying whatever I intuitively share during a session, is a foundation of kindness and curiosity.
If this is all new to you, that’s ok! If you want to have a session but are not sure how to word your question or what to focus on, that’s ok! This is a safe space where we can explore together.
I’ve never heard of channeling, what does that look like?
For the channeling portion my eyes are usually closed. I often will see symbolic images/scenes with information relevant to your question or issue.
For example, in one of my own sessions I had this image arise of being a mermaid. I saw myself swimming but kept coming out of the water to breathe air. In this scene I didn’t realize/had forgotten that as a mermaid I could breathe underwater. What information came through was that there was some innate ability within me, in my actual life, that I was forgetting I had access to. In later images, I gained information regarding what that was and how to open to it.

This session supports you in experiencing your body as a source of wisdom. It combines elements of intuitive guidance with facilitation that gives space to be led by your body. This isn’t about doing big movements or dance. It’s about slowing down to the body’s speed.
While being witnessed in a safe space, your body is able to follow intuitive impulses to bring out the unconscious wisdom inside of you.
I’ll also be channeling information based on your questions or challenges.
